This week I attended Graeme’s delivery of the Miller Heiman programme, Large Account Management Process and thus completed their Holy Trinity of sales performance programmes the first of which I attended with Graeme in 2017 and this recommendation is long overdue. Graeme does all of the things you’d expect of a professional facilitator but there are some areas that stand out. In all of the courses that I attended at least half the participants there were in roles that were really outside of the programme’s intended audience. Graeme is able to tailor and flex the material to make it work for everyone and sometimes does that on the spot! He is also great at bringing concepts alive by drawing on his own and his participants’ experience. This gives the training a real world feel and makes the concepts taught far more credible.
Graeme is an accomplished sales professional and one of life’s natural teachers. It’s rare that one individual has both those attributes.

Just spent the last two days with Graeme on a Miller Heiman Strategic Selling with Perspective Course and now feel compelled to share my feedback. What a tremendous two days. As someone who isn’t the easiest to sit still and listen for two days, Graeme helped hold my attention and focus to the material effectively. His never-ending stories of experience helped offer insight and clarity with linking theory to real world situations. Can’t speak highly enough of Graeme and his abilities to lead the Miller Heiman Large Account Management Process training course. He presents the course clearly and his inclusion of real-life examples, past experiences and stories keeps the content interesting and engaging.
